Because at “Chef Up!” we believe that a good school incursion is one where Kid’s learn to make something new as well as broaden their horizon!We therefore developed a range of workshops for all levels, mixing an educative part with a hands-on and fun cooking class.
This is how we spread our love for food and contribute to sharing our culture and history. It is also a way of telling more to the kids about what they eat and where it comes from.
All our workshops are tailored to ensure kids have fun while acquiring knowledge and know-how to take home. Besides their Chef Diploma and pictures in our photobooth, they will know recipes that they can reproduce and show their families.
We always point out the cultural benefits of this kind of workshop, as well as the healthy side of it. As kids grow an interest and taste for food, they tend to eat better. They also tend to make this time around food a time to share, discuss and learn.
