Enjoy a glass of chilled wine and listen to the cicada while relaxing on a bench of Aix-en-Provence. Yes, that's how we do it. Cherry on top of the cake, have a taste of the must-have drink for all Petanque players: An ice-cold Pastis.

So chef up! and get ready to wander in the Old Lyon through all of its traboules, those little hard-to-find passageways to the heart of the city, in the hope to find THE perfect Bouchon!

Menu Lyonnais:
- Egg meurette, red wine sauce and pancetta
- Traditionnal quenelle, its poultry liver pâté and Aurore sauce
- Praline tart with crème montée mascarpone and lime

This is a city situated very close to the Belgian border and with an architecture typical from this Northern part of Europe. This is beautiful town that hosts every September a gigantic outdoor fair and flea market, famous all over France.

- Snails cassolette with Alsace whitewine
- Pork shank braised in beer,baby veggies
- Bourdaloue tart with vanilla ice cream

This is a charming part of France with a very strong identity, and one the best French surfing spot!
