We’ll bring all the ingredients and know-how of Michelin Stars restaurants to your house, to delight
you with top Chef-grade menus! We can either design a specific menu according to your tastes,
favourite ingredients, theme etc… or work around a budget with Carte Blanche!
5-COURSE MENU PROPOSITION
- Green peas & fresh mint veloute, goat cheese, baby shaved veggies and prosciutto chips
- Artichoke in every shapes and form, roasted nuts, mushrooms rissole
- Thick slice of codd cooked on the skin, potatoe straws, coral lentil and chorizo foam
- Classic French crayfish poultry in ‘’Fernand Point’’ tradition, macaroni gratin and cray fish sauce
- Orange tian on its crusty sweet pastry, vanilla crème montee, blood orange sorbet and lime chip
